Sheet Metal Fabricator

Mission Critical Group is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator to support data centers and mission-critical facility projects. In this role, you will cut, bend, form, and assemble precision sheet metal components to tight tolerances, working from blueprints and technical drawings. You'll operate brakes, shears, presses, and related equipment while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. Collaborating with engineers and field teams, you'll help deliver high-reliability infrastructure solutions in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment with opportunities for long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, cut, bend, and form sheet metal components for data center and mission-critical facility projects
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to produce precise metal parts
• Operate hand tools, brakes, shears, presses, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform fitting, assembly, and finishing of metal components to meet quality and tolerance standards
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field teams to meet project timelines and requirements
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy, structural integrity, and adherence to client specifications
• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and OSHA guidelines in shop and on-site environments
• Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas in clean, safe, and operational condition
• Support installation or modification of fabricated components in mission-critical environments
• Document work performed and communicate progress or issues to supervisors and project teams
