Entry-Level Welder / Fitter

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Welder / Fitter to join our team. No extensive welding experience is required—training will be provided for the right candidate. This is a great opportunity to learn valuable welding and fabrication skills while working with structural steel.

• Learn and perform MIG welding using 1/16" welding wire.
• Weld and fabricate structural steel components.
• Assist with fitting, measuring, cutting, and positioning steel materials.
• Read and follow basic work instructions and measurements.
• Set up and safely operate welding equipment and hand tools.
• Inspect completed welds and assemblies for quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Work alongside experienced welders and fitters while developing welding skills.

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to learn welding and fabrication.
• Previous welding, fitting, construction, or shop experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work with structural steel and perform hands-on physical work.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday on a long day shift.
