Together, we create transformative wishes for children facing critical illnesses. With a legacy that began with a single boy's dream of becoming a police officer, we have grown into a leading children's charity, bringing hope to children across the United States and its territories. Thanks to the generosity of donors and the dedication of nearly 40,000 volunteers, Make‑Wish grants a wish nationwide every 34 minutes.

As a Wish Granting Volunteer, you'll collaborate with families throughout the process, dedicating about an hour each month per wish child over a span of 12‑18 months.

• Wish Granting Volunteers are specially trained individuals who engage with children to explore their wishes.
• You will work closely with Make‑Wish staff to bring each wish to life.
• Meet wish families virtually (via Face Time, Zoom, House Party, Phone Calls, etc.) or in person.
• The duration to fulfill a wish can range from just a few days to up to a year.
• Receive specialized training prior to interacting with any wish family.
• As we support a significant number of Spanish‑speaking families, we urgently need bilingual wish granters to assist these families promptly. If you are fluent in both English and Spanish, we warmly invite you to apply!
