Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an integrated fundraising and resource development strategy aligned with BGCA's mission and priorities.
- Cultivate, solicit, and steward individual, corporate, foundation, and institutional donors to meet annual revenue goals.
- Identify, write, and manage grant proposals and reports to public and private funders.
- Lead major gift and campaign planning, including prospect research, cases for support, and donor communications.
- Analyze fundraising performance, maintain accurate donor records, and leverage CRM systems for pipeline management.
- Collaborate with national and local Club leadership to align funding opportunities with youth development programs and outcomes.
- Prepare and manage development budgets, revenue forecasts, and progress reports for senior leadership.
- Ensure fundraising practices comply with ethical standards, legal requirements, and BGCA policies.
