The Mission Delivery Coordinator (Part-Time) is responsible for supporting membership growth, volunteer engagement, community outreach, and girl programming initiatives within an assigned geographic area for Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains (GSTOP). Reporting to the Regional Manager, this position collaborates with girls, volunteers, families, community organizations, schools, and local stakeholders to increase awareness of Girl Scouting, expand access to programs and opportunities, and support the delivery of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience.
The Mission Delivery Coordinator serves as a versatile member of the Mission Delivery team, providing support across multiple functional areas including community engagement, membership recruitment, volunteer support, program delivery, partnership development, and member engagement. This position works closely with volunteers and community partners to strengthen relationships, support local initiatives, and ensure girls and adult members have access to meaningful and impactful Girl Scout experiences.
Through relationship building, community outreach, volunteer support, and program implementation, the Mission Delivery Coordinator contributes to membership growth, volunteer satisfaction, community impact, and positive outcomes for girls throughout the assigned geographic area.

The Mission Delivery Coordinator exercises judgment within the scope of assigned responsibilities and collaborates with the Regional Manager on matters impacting community engagement, membership growth, volunteer support, girl programming, and regional priorities. This part‑time position performs a combination of outreach, recruitment, program support, volunteer engagement, and administrative functions requiring adaptability, initiative, relationship‑building skills, and a commitment to exceptional member experiences.
