Job Description

About the role:

Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.

Bio Life Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd.

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and lead in operational efforts
• Work with donors to resolve concerns
• Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events
• Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas
• Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts

U.S. Hourly Wage Range: $21.60 – $29.70

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short‑term incentives. They may also participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well‑being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
