We take pride in the care we provide for patients with an average length of stay of 25 days in a variety of specialty programs. Our staff enjoy a small-hospital environment inside a large acute care hospital.
Licensed Vocational NurseThe Licensed Vocational Nurse is responsible for the direct and indirect nursing care of all patients ranging in age from 18 years to geriatric and for the overall direction and supervision of all patient care during their shift.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited LVN program
- Unrestricted LVN license
- BLS Certification
- Experience working in an acute care hospital
- Carry out the nursing process when providing care to patients.
- Satisfy the established standards of nursing practice.
- Supervise and delegate patient care tasks to CNAs and other patient care team members.
- Promote teamwork with physicians and personnel of other departments.
- Take into consideration the patients' age in the performance of any task.
