We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team at an LTACH in Abilene, TX. Title: LPN – LTACH

Location: Abilene, TX

Schedule: 13‑week contracts – AM/PM PRN shifts

Hourly Pay: $35.00

• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• 1+ years of medical‑surgical and medical‑surgical/ICU experience
• LPN license in the state of assignment
• BLS certification
• English language proficiency

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Must be experienced with ventilators and tracheostomy
• Monitor and assess patient status, including vital signs and symptoms
• Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their care and treatment
• Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions
• Coordinate patient care and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Promote wellness and disease prevention through education and support
