Role Overview:

• Provide safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients on a Med/Surg unit
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions while collaborating with the healthcare team
• Support patients and families through education and discharge planning
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards

Qualifications:

• Current RN license (or eligibility) in Texas
• ADN or BSN in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Previous acute care or Med/Surg experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply
• BLS required (ACLS preferred)
