Lifespace Communities - 2617 Antilley Road - Responsibilities:
Follow all care plan directives and administer direct patient care;
Assist residents with activities of daily living such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and transporting to meals and events;
Initiate resident needs, assess and report changes or abnormalities to the nurse;
Coordinate with nursing team to record vital signs and maintain ADL records;
Maintain standard precautions and infection control to provide a clean and safe environment;
Respond promptly to call lights and regularly assess residents’ needs to ensure they are met
