Registered Nurse
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care in a Stepdown/IMC/PCU setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex patient conditions and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Deliver direct, individualized nursing care to patients based on scientific nursing principles.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress, recognizing changes in condition and escalating concerns as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and compliance requirements, including certifications and drug screening.
- Float to different floors or campuses as required to support patient care needs.
- Hold a valid nursing license and current certifications including BLS, ACLS, and NIH.
- Possess at least 2 years of recent experience in a Stepdown, IMC, or PCU setting.
- Demonstrate competency in handling a broad spectrum of medical conditions.
- Be able to complete required lab work within 72 hours of acceptance.
- Have recent travel or ICU experience preferred.
- Reside at least 150 miles from the facility.
