Rehabilitation Hospital Clinician

Encompass Health, a national leader in post-acute care, is seeking dedicated rehabilitation professionals to join our award-winning inpatient rehab hospital. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based rehab services to patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, complex orthopedic conditions, and other major illnesses. Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based inpatient rehabilitation care to patients recovering from major illnesses and injuries
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on recovery goals, self-care, and safe discharge plans
• Document care, progress, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Monitor patient safety, adhere to infection control policies, and follow regulatory standards
• Participate in team conferences, care planning meetings, and performance improvement initiatives
• Contribute to a patient-centered, respectful, and compassionate care environment
• Engage in ongoing professional development, specialty training, and skills advancement
• Support hospital quality metrics and outcome goals aligned with organizational standards
