Registered Nurse Medical Surgical​/Tele

Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and be adaptable to a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient care according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and safety standards.
• Prepare and assist with patient education and discharge planning.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license in good standing.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry setting.
• Demonstrate proficiency with electronic charting, preferably Altera.
• Be able to work night shifts (3x12 hours) with flexible availability.
• Be available to complete required labs within 72 hours of offer acceptance.
• Have travel experience and be compliant with travel regulations.
