Registered Nurse Medical Surgical​/Tele

Job Summary:

Seeking experienced Registered Nurses for night shift assignments in the Medical Surgical/Telemetry department. The role requires prior travel experience and a strong commitment to patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using electronic health records.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Adhere to all facility policies, including mandatory drug screens and compliance requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of required documentation and lab tests within specified time frames.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license in good standing.
• Possess at least 2 years of clinical experience in the Medical Surgical/Telemetry setting.
• Demonstrate prior travel experience in similar healthcare environments.
• Be able to complete a facility-mandated drug screening without positive results.
• Have a minimum of 150 miles radius from the facility for RN/LVN candidates and 50 miles for Allied/CNA.
• Be flexible to start within 3-5 weeks from acceptance.
