AMBULATORY SURGERY CENTERS - DIRECTOR

Ensures the continuous, effective operation and improvement of activities within Surgical Nursing Services. Integrates departmental services with the hospital's overall functions to meet established organizational goals.

Minimum Education:

• Masters Degree in Nursing (waivable by VP of Nursing)

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Nurse Executive Advanced Certification (required within 2 years of hire as director)
