We are seeking dedicated LPN/LVN professionals for full-time, PRN, day, and night positions with shift differentials available.
Role Overview- Provide direct patient care according to personalized care plans and physician orders.
- Monitor and observe patient behaviors, vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses.
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute care strategies.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients to support their physical, mental, and emotional recovery.
- Contribute to a team focused on compassionate, high-quality care.
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as per state requirements.
- CPR certification.
- Preferred experience in inpatient medical-surgical or hospital settings; rehabilitation experience is a plus.
