We are seeking dedicated LPN/LVN professionals for full-time, PRN, day, and night roles, with shift differentials available. In this role, you will:
- Provide direct patient care following personalized care plans and physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute care plans
- Build meaningful relationships with patients, understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs
- Contribute to patient recovery and celebrate their progress
- Current LPN/LVN licensure in accordance with state regulations
- CPR certification
- Preferred: one year of experience in inpatient medical-surgical or hospital settings; rehabilitation experience is a plus
