Train new team members on ABM Safety Standards;
Lead regularly scheduled safety audits, risk assessments, inspections, training sessions, and safety meetings to determine the effectiveness of safety and accident prevention activities;
Enforce safety policies and recognize desired behaviors;
Provide coaching, establish expectations, and provide resources to operating teams to sustain successful operations;
Maintain compliance with OSHA recordkeeping requirements including OSHA 300 logs, training records and other compliance program requirements where applicable
