Great Lakes Cheese is seeking a Food Safety and Quality Assurance Technician to support the overall Food Safety Plan through monitoring, record review, and inspections in our lab setting.
You will conduct verification inspections after sanitation, perform environmental monitoring, review production records, and help ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices and the Safe Quality Food program while maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.
