Quality Assurance Technician Batcher
Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician Batcher for 2nd shift at our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will batch and mix beverage ingredients according to strict formulas, perform routine quality tests, and ensure all products meet safety and company standards. You will document test results, monitor equipment, support root cause analysis, and follow GMP, HACCP, and safety procedures.

- Batch and mix beverage ingredients according to formulas and schedules
- Perform routine quality tests on ingredients and finished products
- Record and maintain accurate QA and production documentation
- Monitor, adjust, and verify batching parameters and equipment settings
- Identify and report nonconformances and assist with root cause analysis
- Follow GMP, HACCP, and all food safety and safety procedures
- Collaborate with production and maintenance to resolve quality issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area for 2nd shift operations
