. This person will split their time between our six communities in the region. Come be a part of a team where we are IN IT TOGETHER!

Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:30 am‑5:30 pm

• Greet and assist prospective and existing tenants
• Conduct tours of the property, apartment units, and on‑site amenities
• Lease vacant apartments to new residents
• Renew leasing contracts with existing residents
• Create and facilitate all leasing documentation and contracts
• Assist property team with marketing efforts
• Participate in community outreach for brand awareness
• Fostering and maintaining relationships with on‑site residents

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service
• Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

• Competitive pay based on experience ($18-$20 hourly!)
