Sterling Jasper Properties (SJP) is seeking a Property Operations Coordinator to provide hands-on field and administrative support for our Texas housing portfolio. You will work with the Director of Operations to prepare properties for occupancy, support residents, coordinate vendors, and keep records accurate.
This role involves regular travel between properties, inspections, move-ins/move-outs, and ensuring homes meet SJP standards.
