Property Manager

Brazos Asset Management is seeking an on-site Property Manager for one of our apartment communities in Abilene, Texas. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, contractors, and team members at the property. The position requires strong organizational skills, communication ability, and a hands-on approach to property management operations.

Work Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the property.
• Assist in coordinating work orders and ensuring timely completion.
• Communicate regularly with residents to address concerns, requests, and lease matters.
• Oversee and check in on contractors during property projects and repairs.
• Maintain on-site office hours as scheduled.
• Report directly to both the Director of Property Management and the Chief Administrative Officer.

Requirements

• Property management experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work the schedule above.
• Physical ability to consistently move and carry 50 pounds.
• Familiarity with property management software preferred.

    Training will be provided on App Folio Property Management Software (our software of choice).
