Property Field Inspector - Taylor County / Abilene Area
National Mortgage Field Services is looking for a dependable local contractor to complete property inspections throughout Taylor County, including Abilene, Ovalo, and surrounding communities.
Available assignments include exterior property inspections and occupancy or property-condition inspections. The work generally involves visiting assigned properties, taking required photos, documenting basic property-condition or occupancy information, and submitting simple inspection forms through a mobile app.
This is flexible 1099 field work that you complete on your own schedule. No prior property inspection experience is required. We provide the training you need to get started.
What You'll Do- Drive to assigned residential properties in your local area.
- Take required property photos using your smartphone.
- Report basic property-condition and occupancy information.
- Complete simple inspection questions as required by the assignment.
- Submit completed inspections through a mobile app.
Most inspections are brief property visits and can often be completed in just a few minutes once you become familiar with the process.
