Merchandiser - Snyder Area

PBNA $19.95 / hour

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with assigned products.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products between backroom and shelf locations using equipment such as U‑boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners.
• Maintain back‑room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Comply with operating procedures (scan‑in/scan‑out, designated routes).
• Serve accounts during scheduled service times.
• Deliver customer service (communication, rapport, attentiveness).
• Operate with minimal supervision.
• Input orders using handheld devices.
• Maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance.

• 18 years of age or older.
• Pass the physical capabilities test, if applicable.
• Own or have access to reliable personal transportation to travel between multi‑store locations within the assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Proof of insurance.

• Experience in retail or grocery store operations, including knowledge of back‑room inventory and stocking aisles.
• Experience moving products safely on equipment such as U‑boats, hand trucks, or dollies.
• Experience merchandising products—filling shelves, building displays, making products attractive, rotating stock, and keeping shelves clean.
• Experience managing back‑room or stock‑room inventory, organizing pallets, and storing products.
• Experience serving customers, handling complaints, and meeting customer needs.

For positions requiring personal vehicle use for a sales route, mileage reimbursement is provided.
