Manage all activities and functions of a commissary store, including multiple departments (grocery, meat, produce, and deli-bakery);
Execute agency policy, sales, and promotional programs; manage budget and expenditures;
Develop, implement, and monitor inventory control and store security programs to reduce shrinkage and prevent fraud;
Direct, monitor, and adjust the overall execution of the store sales plan and product placement to meet targets;
Coordinate with Area/Zone Manager and engage in base/community events and employee development activities
