RETAIL SHIFT MANAGER (LEAD PAWN BROKER)

Pay range: $15.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience.

• Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers, while promoting sales and making deals for a wide variety of pawn items.
• Lead and influence Team Members through coaching and hands‑on involvement.
• Process loans and extensions.
• Negotiate satisfactory terms for pawned items.
• Perform opening and closing store procedures.
• Supervise and coach store Team Members.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory, key holder, or team/shift lead experience.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) a plus.
• Sales background a plus.
• Bilingual language skills a plus.
• Adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Complete a 5‑week paid training program, earn a $0.50 raise, and transition to Lead Pawnbroker upon completion.
• Apply for a Store Manager in Training position, which includes a 12‑week training program to build the foundation to run your own store.
