Role Summary
As a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. - Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
- Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry. Handle account opening, account transfers, and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
- Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently under the direction of the financial advisor. Manage appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, handle correspondence, support marketing initiatives, streamline processes, update SOPs, and strategically execute on the branch business plan.
- Technology: Strong computer literacy with a willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, and other firm‑provided software.
