A Sales Associate at Club Pilates is vital to the studio's success, driving membership sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.

• Build relationships with potential members to inspire membership enrollment.
• Follow up on leads daily through calls, texts, or emails to secure memberships or class bookings.
• Generate leads, ask for referrals, and support grassroots events. Assist with the intro class sales process to enroll new members.

• Provide premium customer service, ensuring a five-star experience.
• Foster a sense of community by building relationships and creating an inclusive, welcoming environment.
• Handle member inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

• Assist with daily studio operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, covering the front desk, retail area, bathroom, and workout space.
• Ensure products are well-stocked and attractively displayed. Communicate supply and inventory needs to management.

Pay: $12-$14 per hour
