Fleet Tire Sales Specialist (Salary + Commission)
CompensationPay Range: $48,000 – $60,000 annually (base); plus commission with uncapped potential.

LocationLocation: 1789 East Hwy 80, Abilene, TX.

As the Fleet Tire Sales Specialist, you are responsible for selling new and retreaded commercial truck tires and related products and services by managing current customer accounts and developing new accounts. You must produce sufficient sales volume to achieve assigned sales objectives and represent the company professionally.
Responsibilities- Actively seek and develop new accounts and represent the company to potential customers.
- Frequent local travel from customer sites to build and maintain relationships.
- Sell company-supported products and services.
- Meet sales goals set by management.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Evaluate customer needs and make recommendations using a value‑selling approach.
- Attend sales training and continually build product knowledge.
- Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting of commercial tires and wheels.
- Create or increase truck tire sales through a planned program of regular solicitation.
- Schedule fleet service appointments and coordinate with the service department.
- Conduct fleet needs evaluations and provide customers with cost analysis and benefits.
- Ensure prompt resolution of tire adjustments and proper handling of customer casings.
- Deliver tires to customers as needed.
- 2+ years of successful sales and/or business‑to‑business experience.
- Valid driver’s license for the required vehicle category and ability to meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
- At least 21 years of age.
- No relocation offered for this position.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Associate degree in a related field.
- Previous B2B sales experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Commitment to follow all safety procedures and work in a safe manner.
- Ability to work in a results‑oriented, fast‑paced environment as part of a team.
- Self‑starter, willing to take initiative, work without direct supervision, and attend training sessions.
