Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. The role is physical, fast‑paced, involving indoor/outdoor activities where partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.

• You are the face of Cintas and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Required

• Meet all DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Have an active driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
