The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Abilene, TX. This position is responsible for visiting existing and prospective customers, conducting sales presentations, and promoting rental solutions that meet client needs. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, following up on leads, preparing quotes, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and service. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving customer inquiries, and providing ongoing support to maximize satisfaction and repeat business.
The Outside Sales Representative also monitors market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to help refine sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Sales Presentations and New Business Development.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in equipment or service-related industries.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple accounts.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally within the Abilene, TX area.
- Comfort using CRM systems, email, and basic office software to track activities and prepare reports.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or related fields is a plus.
