Responsibilities
- Develops and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment
- Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations
- Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records
- Conducts security education classes and security audits
- Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken
- Prepares and maintains facility accreditation paperwork, to include Concept Validation and Fixed Facility Checklist (FFC)
- Provides support and expertise for all aspects of construction security of USAFWS SCIF/SAPFs
- Establishing and ensuring procedures to control construction site access are implemented
- Evaluates compliance of vault/SCIF activities with security requirements
- 6 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Master's in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience
- Active TS Clearance with SCI eligibility
- Working knowledge of industrial security program
- Working knowledge of SCIF operations
- Working knowledge of access control
- Working knowledge of S/SAP or TS/SAP facility accreditation
