Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, loading zones, and the property perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help deter unauthorized access, theft-related activity, and other policy violations.;
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
