Security Transport Coordinator – 1st Shift

• Manage and coordinate Security and Loss Prevention functions within the assigned facility
• Assess policy and procedure effectiveness through compliance auditing and exception reporting
• Develop, implement, and manage security awareness programs to prevent and reduce fraudulent losses and promote workplace safety
• Initiate investigations with the Site Security Manager based on loss trends, internal reports, and other information
• Conduct security audits and surveys to identify vulnerabilities or policy violations
• Assist field operations with action plans for operational and control compliance and physical security measures
• Build and maintain relationships with business operations and Human Resources teams
• Develop security reports and documents for regional leadership
• Coordinate with Legal, HR, Internal Audit, vendors, regulatory agencies, and law enforcement
• Travel domestically by road, rail, and air as required

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• Experience in a security or loss prevention environment focused on investigating fraudulent activities, conducting security audits, and developing security/loss prevention awareness programs and presentations
• Experience responding to inquiries or complaints from customers, law enforcement, regulatory agencies, or business community members
• Knowledge of and experience with security systems
• Ability to travel up to 75%
• REAL
  -compliant driver's license or passport
• Familiarity with and ability to comply with TSA security procedures
• Ability to travel domestically via road, rail, and air
• 5 years of Loss Prevention/Asset Protection experience preferred
• Formal investigative and interview training and CFI certification preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present clean, organized, and thorough information and data
