Fire Alarm System Technician

** Colorado City, TX Join our team supporting mission-critical facilities where fire safety systems are essential to protecting lives and operations. As part of our Facilities Management team, this position is responsible for the installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of fire alarm systems and life safety equipment to ensure compliance with local fire codes and building safety regulations.
** Your day-to-day tasks will include:*

* Minimum Requirements:

** 3+ years of fire alarm systems experience

Experience with major manufacturers (Simplex, Notifier, Edwards, Honeywell) Knowledge of NFPA 72 and local fire codes

Experience with mass notification and emergency communication systems Familiarity with sprinkler system integration and fire pump controls Strong electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read electrical schematics and system drawings

* Preferred Qualifications:

** NICET Level II Fire Alarm Systems certification Technical certification in fire alarm systems Previous experience in commercial or industrial facilities
