PEMB Foreman - Per Diem

Position: PEMB Foreman - Per Diem Offered
Trillium is now hiring Metal Building Erector Foreman in Abilene, TX!!

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead a crew on a fast-paced Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) project. This is a temporary position for the duration of a two-month project. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and highly skilled in steel erection, wall sheeting, and standing seam metal roof systems. Will be laying out work for crews, able to read blueprints, work on tools in a man basket in teams of 2.

Will be working Monday - Saturday, 50-58 hours per week for 2 months+.

Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage a crew in the erection of pre-engineered metal buildings
-Coordinate daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and ensure quality control
-Interpret blueprints and erection drawings
-Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
-Communicate with project managers and subcontractors effectively
-Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in proper working order
-Troubleshoot and resolve onsite issues as they arise

Pay rate is $35/hour, paid weekly plus $130/day per diem for each day worked (for qualified travelers).

Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of experience as a foreman on PEMB projects
-Proficient in steel erection, wall panel installation, and standing seam metal roofs
-Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Must have a valid OSHA 30 card (issued within the last 5 years)
-Reliable transportation and valid
-Willingness to work 6 days per week
-Must have aerial lift certification and OSHA 30 card in hand and issued within the last 5 years. Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
-Must wear PPE and ability to pass pre-employment screenings
