• Installing LVP, carpet, and tile in production and residential new construction homes
• Communicating with team leads for job specs, timelines, and site coordination
• Following install best practices and delivering high-quality work
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional job site

• 2+ years installing Flooring &/or Tile
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Your own tools and reliable transportation
