Trillium Staffing - - - Responsibilities:
Perform advanced rigging activities in support of crane and lifting operations;
Assist with steel connecting, including guiding, aligning, bolting, and securing structural steel;
Select, inspect, and properly use rigging equipment (slings, shackles, chains, hooks, etc.);
Calculate load weights, centers of gravity, and rigging configurations;
Communicate effectively with crane operators, lift directors, and site supervision
