Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (flexibility for additional hours as needed)

Qualifications- Entry-level to early-career experience; 2-3 years of installation experience preferred
- Background in flooring, cabinets, fabrication, or a related trade is a plus
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical, hands-on work
- Basic computer skills with a willingness to learn office and scheduling systems
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Welding ability is a plus, but not required

- Coordinate material installations with customers to support smooth, on-time project completion
- Work closely with the warehouse manager to ensure materials are staged and ready for daily installs
- Visit job sites to assist with installations and learn hands-on installation processes
- Read and interpret scopes of work, plans, and installation schedules
- Receive, document, and track inventory entering and leaving the warehouse
- Update project schedules using software systems and live spreadsheets
Communicate effectively with installers to support teamwork and productivity - Maintain flexibility to support changing project needs and timelines
