Restoration Technician

We are seeking a motivated Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in cleanup, repair, and restoration of properties affected by water, fire, smoke, or mold damage. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow safety procedures.

• Respond to property damage calls and assist with mitigation efforts.
• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification using specialized equipment.
• Remove damaged materials and debris safely and efficiently.
• Apply cleaning agents, disinfectants, and other restoration products as needed.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records of restoration processes.
• Follow safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate restoration and cleaning equipment safely.
• Strong physical stamina, able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
