Rock Drill Equipment Operators - 4 Weeks On/1 Week Off - $40 Per Diem + Hotel - Up to $100,000/year - Abilene, TX
Aggregate Resource Industries, Inc. is seeking experienced Rock Drill Equipment Operators to join their team in Abilene, Texas. Operators will work on a variety of projects, including mining, construction, and solar developments, operating hydraulic rock drills in diverse environments. This is an excellent opportunity for those with a strong mechanical aptitude, a passion for travel, and a commitment to safety. The ideal candidate will have prior rock drilling or heavy equipment experience and be ready to work in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations/accidents in last 3 years, no DUIIs)
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently and spend extended periods away from home
- Physical stamina: able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug tests (zero-tolerance policy, including marijuana)
- Ability to pass a background check through the ATF
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine equipment maintenance
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all safety policies and procedures
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification already obtained
- Demonstrated values of integrity, teamwork, grit, and continuous improvement
- Adaptability and reliability in changing project environments
- Results-driven attitude and persistence in completing complex fieldwork
- Strong safety awareness and proactive approach to safe work practices
