Location Abilene, TX
Pay Rate: $20-$22 per hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (flexibility for additional hours as needed)

This Installation Trainee role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning in the field, and supporting installation projects from the warehouse to the job site. If you have experience in flooring, cabinets, fabrication, or a related trade-or you're ready to grow into it-this opportunity offers training, stability, and advancement potential.

- Entry-level to early-career experience; 2-3 years of installation experience preferred
- Background in flooring, cabinets, fabrication, or a related trade is a plus
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical, hands-on work
- Basic computer skills with a willingness to learn office and scheduling systems
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Welding ability is a plus, but not required

- Coordinate material installations with customers to support smooth, on-time project completion
- Work closely with the warehouse manager to ensure materials are staged and ready for daily installs
- Visit job sites to assist with installations and learn hands-on installation processes
- Read and interpret scopes of work, plans, and installation schedules
- Receive, document, and track inventory entering and leaving the warehouse
- Update project schedules using software systems and live spreadsheets
- Communicate effectively with installers to support teamwork and productivity
- Maintain flexibility to support changing project needs and timelines
