Bring Your Best to the Floor

• High school diploma or GED (bonus for tech training)
• 5 years of heavy equipment operation
• Knows hydraulics, diesel, and electronic systems
• Reads electrical and Hydraulic schematics like a pro
• Handy with power tools and computers

Your Shift, Your Shop
You'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting heavy equipment such as forklifts, trucks, excavators, and wheel loaders.

• Maintenance Expertise : Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on heavy equipment using detailed checklists to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Problem Diagnosis :
  Identify and troubleshoot issues in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components efficiently and effectively.
• Technical Proficiency : Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics, service manuals, and utilize diagnostic software to manage repairs.
• Organization and Reporting :
  Keep accurate records of services performed, parts used, and maintenance schedules in the company's maintenance system.
• Interpersonal Skills :
  Work collaboratively with diverse team members and contribute to a positive, safety-first work environment.
• Adaptability and Learning :
  Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn new systems, tools, and procedures, with an ability to adapt to evolving technologies.
