We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operators for a full-time on-site role in Abilene, TX. The Heavy Equipment Operators will be responsible for operating machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and graders to prepare, level, and shape construction sites. The roles also involves conducting equipment inspections, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of all operations. The operator will work collaboratively with project teams to execute tasks in line with project specifications and timelines.

• Proficiency in operating various heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders
• Experience in site preparation, grading, and excavation techniques
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and basic mechanical troubleshooting
• Commitment to maintaining safety standards and adhering to OSHA regulations
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and site layouts
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in earthworks or commercial construction is a plus
