Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a regional position and candidates should reside in the Abilene, Texas area.
Must be EPA certified (Level 2 or Universal) and have 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience. The role requires travel, after-hours availability, and the ability to communicate effectively by email.
