Equipment Share in Abilene, TX is hiring a Heavy Equipment Shop Technician to maintain and repair company-owned heavy equipment and aerial lifts at our onsite facility. The role runs Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with overtime and on-call scheduling, plus a sign-on bonus up to $3,000 based on experience.
You'll perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel system maintenance, utilize laptops/tablets for work orders, and assist in training junior technicians.
