Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Residential Maintenance Tech to join our apartment community team. This position is required to be on base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain HVAC systems, including inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
• Assist with property upkeep, including painting, carpentry, and minor renovations as needed.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a restoration or maintenance technician, preferably in residential or multi‑family properties.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and technical skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with maintenance work.
