IES is seeking a Project Lead - Fiber to act as on‑site coordinator for voice and data installation projects. You will supervise Crew Leads, ensure timely completion, and uphold safety and quality standards on site in Texas.
You will coordinate with the Project Manager, install and terminate fiber components, perform tests, and complete paperwork while guiding staff through training and performance improvements.
