Foremen – PEMB Steel Erection – $35/hr + $130/Day Per Diem – Abilene, TX
Trillium Construction is seeking experienced Foremen for a fast-paced PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Building) project in Abilene, TX. This two-month role involves leading a crew through steel erection, wall sheeting, and standing seam roof installation. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of leadership experience, an active OSHA 30, and strong blueprint reading skills.

Minimum 2 years of PEMB foreman experience
OSHA 30 (valid within last 5 years)
Aerial lift certification
Strong knowledge of steel erection and roof systems
Ability to read construction drawings and lead teams
Reliable transportation and valid
Willingness to work 6 days/week and pass screenings
Must wear PPE at all times
Proven track record managing fast-paced metal building projects
Hands-on leadership in man basket work and layout tasks
Experience communicating effectively with subcontractors and project managers
